Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before shipping. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 4–5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible at support@crowngrad.com — we can make changes only before the order has shipped.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Crowngrad is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our facility. If your tracking shows an issue (lost, stalled, or delayed in transit), contact us at support@crowngrad.com and we'll help you look into it.
