Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–5 business days. We currently ship within the United States only.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $4.95.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently — we only ship within the United States.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at support@crowngrad.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us right away at support@crowngrad.com and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email support@crowngrad.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
My order arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
Contact us at support@crowngrad.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll make it right at no extra cost.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case, it's on us.
Product & Sizing
Are your caps one size fits all?
Most of our snapbacks and dad hats feature adjustable closures and fit most head sizes. Check the individual product page for specific fit notes.
How should I clean/care for my cap?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or soaking, which can warp the shape and damage embroidery. Air dry only — never put your cap in the dryer.
Do you restock sold-out styles?
Sometimes! Follow us on Instagram @crowngradofficial or sign up for our email list to hear about restocks and new drops first.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout (which may include digital wallets depending on your device/browser).
Is my payment information secure?
Yes — all payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never store your full card details on our servers.
