Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Crowngrad gear. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed, with original tags/packaging
  • In the same condition you received them
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

Email support@crowngrad.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Let us know in your return request and we'll get the exchange moving as soon as we receive your original item back.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale/clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective. Any such items will be clearly marked at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@crowngrad.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item — we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
